We’re partnering with an exciting, well-funded and rapidly growing fast-casual concept in Manhattan that is entering an important next chapter of expansion.

The company has already done the hard part: the concept is proven, the existing locations are successful, the leadership team is strong, the systems and technology are in place, and the foundation has been built thoughtfully.

Now, they’re ready to grow.

With plans to expand from 2 to 5 Manhattan locations over the next 12 months , we are searching for talented hospitality professionals who want much more than their next restaurant management job.

This is an opportunity to join early, make an impact and grow into larger leadership responsibilities as the company expands.

We are currently recruiting for both General Manager and Kitchen Manager positions.

⭐ GENERAL MANAGER

We’re looking for a true hospitality leader — someone who can run a strong business while creating an environment where both guests and employees genuinely want to be.

The GM will take ownership of the overall restaurant operation, including guest experience, team leadership, hiring and training, scheduling, labor management, operational standards and financial performance.

This is a very hands-on leadership role .

We’re not looking for someone who wants to manage from an office. The right GM enjoys being on the floor, knows their team, recognizes regular guests, jumps in when needed and understands that great restaurant operations start with great people.

You should be equally comfortable talking about hospitality, culture and team development as you are discussing labor, scheduling, sales, productivity and restaurant performance.

‍ KITCHEN MANAGER

For the Kitchen Manager position, we’re looking for a strong BOH operator who loves organization, consistency and developing people.

You’ll oversee the daily kitchen operation and play an important role in maintaining the quality and operational standards that will allow this concept to successfully scale.

Responsibilities will include kitchen leadership, production and prep systems, food quality, sanitation, inventory, ordering, food cost, labor management, training and team development.

We want someone who understands that being a great Kitchen Manager isn't only about executing food correctly — it's about building a kitchen that runs well because the people, systems and standards are strong.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

For both positions, we’re particularly interested in candidates with 3+ years of restaurant management experience and a strong understanding of restaurant operations.

Ideally, you’ve had exposure to both FOH and BOH throughout your career and understand how the entire restaurant works as one operation.

Experience within QSR, fast casual, high-volume restaurants or growing multi-unit concepts is highly valuable.

At the same time, we’re very open to candidates coming from strong full-service hospitality backgrounds who are excited about bringing a higher level of hospitality, leadership and operational discipline into a fast-growing QSR environment.

• Entrepreneurial enough to enjoy building something, while disciplined enough to follow strong systems

COMPENSATION

$80,000–$100,000 base salary

Final compensation will be based on the specific position — General Manager or Kitchen Manager — as well as the candidate’s experience, background and overall fit.
