# Caregiver

We are looking for compassionate, dependable, and caring individuals to join our team as **Caregivers**. Our caregivers provide essential in-home support that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

## Responsibilities

* Provide companionship and emotional support
* Assist with activities of daily living
* Help with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
* Assist with mobility, walking, and transfers as appropriate
* Prepare meals and assist with meal planning
* Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and basic household tasks
* Provide medication reminders
* Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation as assigned
* Encourage clients to participate in activities and maintain their independence
* Observe and report changes in a client's condition or needs
* Document services provided during each shift
* Follow the client's individualized care plan
* Maintain client dignity, privacy, safety, and confidentiality
* Communicate professionally with clients, families, and office staff

## Qualifications

* Must be dependable, compassionate, and patient
* **Must have a valid driver's license**
* **Must have dependable and reliable transportation**
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to follow instructions and individualized care plans
* Ability to work independently and responsibly in a client's home
* Must be able to complete required background screening
* Previous caregiving, home care, healthcare, or personal care experience is preferred but not required
