Experienced Exterior Maintenance Technician
Sparkle Squad of Morristown-Montclair-Secaucus
Sparkle Squad of Morristown-Montclair-Secaucus is growing quickly and looking to hire experienced, hands-on professionals to join our technician team. We specialize in commercial and residential window cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, gutter cleaning, and holiday lighting services —delivering Cleaner, Safer, Better results to customers across Northern New Jersey.

What We’re Looking For
We are actively seeking applicants who have prior experience in:
Window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, or soft washing
Holiday lighting installation or seasonal exterior work
Field service or exterior maintenance in residential or commercial settings
We’re looking for people who: ✅ Have 1–3+ years of relevant field experience
✅ Take pride in a job well done and value high standards
✅ Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and teammates
✅ Are dependable, self-motivated, and eager to grow
✅ Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
✅ Can work comfortably on ladders and rooftops
✅ Have a smartphone and are available 30–40 hours per week

What You’ll Do
Deliver high-quality exterior cleaning services to residential and commercial customers
Operate professional-grade cleaning tools and follow safety protocols
Represent the Sparkle Squad brand with professionalism and care
Support on-site marketing and visibility efforts (yard signs, door hangers, review generation)
Collaborate with team members and offer input on ways to improve operations
