Gelia is looking for a Copywriter & Content Specialist who can develop strong concepts and turn them into clear, engaging copy across digital, social, and physical channels. This is a copywriting role first, with a strong emphasis on social media and the ability to adapt and repurpose content without losing the original idea or brand voice.


You'll collaborate with art directors, strategists, account teams, and social specialists to develop campaign ideas and build content that can work across channels. The work may include social calendars, organic and paid social posts, video scripts, websites, emails, brochures, direct mail, campaign messaging, and other short- and long-form content.


What You'll Bring:

• 3+ years of professional copywriting experience, preferably in an agency or similarly fast-paced environment
• A portfolio showing strong conceptual thinking and polished writing across digital, social, and physical channels
• Experience developing social media calendars that connect individual posts to a broader content strategy
• The ability to write platform-specific copy for organic and paid social content
• A working knowledge of major social media platforms, publishing tools, formats, and best practices
• An interest in social trends, platform updates, audience behavior, and emerging content formats
• The judgment to recognize which trends make sense for a brand and which ones do not
• Strong concepting skills and the ability to build ideas collaboratively with art directors and other creative partners
• The ability to establish and maintain a clear, consistent brand voice
• The ability to adapt and repurpose a strong idea across platforms, formats, and stages of a campaign
• Strong editing and proofreading skills with careful attention to grammar, tone, and detail
• The ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
• Experience using AI-enabled writing and creative tools to improve research, ideation, versioning, and production efficiency without sacrificing quality or brand voice
• Clear communication skills, openness to feedback, and comfort working across teams
• Experience writing for the automotive aftermarket or industrial markets is a plus, but not required
• A link to your portfolio showing thoughtful concepts and well-crafted copy

Salary Range:

• $45,000 - $70,000
