ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2011 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a State Farm Claim Representative, giving me valuable experience helping customers through some of life's most challenging moments.

Serving our community is at the heart of what we do. I'm a Life Member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, and our agency is actively involved in local initiatives, including supporting a teen driver safety program at a local high school and sponsoring local hospital employees.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Associate for Natacha Jocelyn - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
